501(c)(3) & EIN Disclosure

Empowered Women of Faith & Purpose, Inc. (EWOFP) is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, EIN 80-0602914, incorporated in the state of Texas in November 2012.

Donations made to EWOFP are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A copy of our IRS determination letter is available upon request by contacting [email protected].

Privacy Policy

When you use our website, submit a contact or donation form, or subscribe to updates, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, and any information you choose to share with us.

This information is used solely to communicate with you, process donations, and improve our programs and services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Payment information submitted through PayPal, GiveLively, Facebook, or GreatNonprofits is processed directly by those platforms under their own privacy and security policies — EWOFP does not store your payment card details.

Donation Policy

Donations to EWOFP directly support our programs benefiting single mother families, including holiday food distribution, mentoring, mini-seminars, and the D.A.R.E. 2 Dream program.

We accept donations through PayPal, GiveLively, Facebook fundraisers, and GreatNonprofits. Each platform may apply its own processing fees prior to funds reaching EWOFP.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error — such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount — please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve it.

Photo & Testimonial Usage

From time to time, EWOFP photographs events, campaigns, and program participants, and collects testimonials from the families, volunteers, and partners we work with.

By participating in an EWOFP event or program, or by submitting a testimonial, you grant EWOFP permission to use your photo, likeness, and words in marketing materials, on this website, and on our social media channels, unless you have specifically requested otherwise in writing.
